Sarah Bethe Williams, 47, of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024.
Born on May 25, 1977, Sarah brought joy and warmth to the lives of all who knew her. A devoted homemaker, she poured her heart and soul into raising her children, Noah and Paige, and loved every moment with them. Sarah's love for animals, particularly cats, was well-known. She had a compassionate spirit and dedicated herself to caring for countless strays, finding them loving homes and ensuring their well-being. The beach also held a special place in Sarah's heart. The sight of the ocean always brought a smile to her face, and she cherished every vacation spent by the sugar sands.
Sarah adored her family deeply and found immense happiness in spending time with her husband, Todd. She treasured the moments she spent with her parents, Jim and Cherie, and her sister, Rosemary. She was always so grateful for their love and support.
Though she often preferred the quiet comfort of home, Sarah loved her friendships and enjoyed hanging out with her close circle of friends, even if her social battery sometimes required an early departure.
Sarah will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kind heart, loving spirit, and unwavering dedication to her family will forever be remembered.
Sarah is preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene and Betty Colleen Medlin and JB and Frances Williams, all of Concord, NC, and her cousin, Matt Fowler of China Grove, NC.
Sarah leaves behind her beloved husband, Todd Risher; her adored children, Noah and Paige Risher; her loving parents, Jim and Cherie Williams of Louisville, KY; and her dear sister, Rosemary Woodward (Chuck) of Eugene, OR; her aunts, Dianne Ruth of Virginia Beach, VA and Patricia Chaney of Concord, NC; uncle, Cody Medlin (Tammi) of Albemarle, NC; cousins Lisa Fowler (Sammy) of China Grove, NC, with whom she had a special bond, Jon Chaney of Raleigh, NC, Cassie Chaney of Harrisburg, NC, Jenny Barringer and Anna Barringer of Virginia Beach, VA; additional cousins Tori Medlin, Lauren Graf, Noelle Graf, Madison Alexander, and Aaron Kelley.
