Mr. Broome was the Senior Vice President with Marsh FINPRO. He was a member of Calvary Chapel of Delaware County.
Scott enjoyed golfing, yard games like horseshoes and corn hole. He loved playing ping pong, gardening, watching Philly sports, doing "house projects" and eating ice cream. Most of all, he was devoted to his family and cherished spending time together.
Son of the late Blair Broome and Dorothy Broome Howe; Step-Son of the late Kendrick Howe.
Survivors:
Loving Wife of 33 years: Barbara (Cornett) Broome
Daughters: Lauren (Raul) Rivas and Morgan (Jonathan) Lees
Son: Evan Broome
Grandchildren: Liam and Emerie Rivas
Brothers: Donald Broome and Jay (Jane Stevens) Broome
Also survived by many cousins and extended family.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 13th at 1:00PM at Calvary Chapel of Delaware County, 500 Brandywine Drive, Chadds Ford, PA 19317, The family will start receiving at 12 noon.

I knew Scott at Great Valley High School. I was also in the Class of '73. I remember talking to him in one or more of our classes. He was a very nice person-very easy to talk to. How very sad to hear of his passing.
