Kathy, while we became separated by miles, I'll always remember our friendship. We met as residents in Homestead Village and were always at each other's houses. I am terribly saddened and sorry to just learn this news .

Kathy, I'm so very sorry to hear about Scott. I crossed paths with him about 3 months ago on election day. My brother Bob told me today that he passed away last month. Although we only spoke briefly, he spoke so lovingly of you and your children. This news just hurts my heart. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

My lifetime love found a better place on April 6. He stood by me in good times and not so good times... always. His love of God and his family made him who he was. Loving, funny, steadfast and reliable. Compassionate and caring. My heart grieves as his heart is soaring now with the angels.

Kathy and family, I am so sorry that my ongoing health issues kept me from attending servicrs. My thoughts and prayers were with you and remain with you all. Scott was always a special friend. From the time me met in high school and on through the college years at Maryland. After campus days were over, whenever I encountered him, he spoke lovingly of family. His face would light up when he talked about you and a smile would overtake his face. At that time, I didn't know what live was in my own life but I wanted someone to.love me that way. I will pray that the many years of good memories will sustain you and his beloved sons. May Peace be with you. Sincerely,
Rick Campbell

I am so thankful to God for blessing me with such a great man to call my father. He taught me by example, what it means to be a man of God. My personal hero. He was a lover, a fighter, a king; forthright & honest, brave, charitable, loving, steadfast, loyal, patient, passionate & caring. He was a great teacher, and always willing to listen. He was all this to friends, loved ones and strangers alike. I have been fortunate not only to be called his son, but also a colleague. In a great industry, he was able to share his love for, with me, for many years.

Manufacturer's Reps are a very special breed of salesperson. At the end of the day, the successful ones have the respect and trust of their customers and their manufacturers. I believe that is acquired by telling everyone the truth and by doing what you say you're going to do, all the time. That describes the Scott that I knew. His well respected presence will be missed in our industry. He was one of the good guys. Wishing God's peace, and wonderful memories to the Campbell family.

Kathy, God's blessings on you and the family at this difficult time. While I've been out of the loop and out of touch for several years, some of my best memories were when I was with Scotty. Even when he thumped me on the golf course he was gracious. The most memorable thing about Scotty was that he cared! Truly cared about all of us. There is no doubt that he has been received into heaven.

Kathy and family...So sorry to hear of Scott's passing. He was indeed a stalwart in the great paint industry. I'm retired and have been away for the mainstream for a few years but remember our many conversations about family, Bel Air, the Terps, baseball, and even a little business. Scott was one of the first Sales Professionals I had the honor to work with early in my career. He was always willing to do for others and expected nothing in return. A gentlemen and a truly committed family man. He will be missed by many from his professional life. I offer sincere condolences to Kathy and his Sons. No one will feel this loss more than his family. May God Hold You in the Hollow of His Hand

Sorry for your loss. I first met Scott, while working at Harrison's Paint Center in Bel Air, mid 70's, early 80's. His family run Chesapeake Stain, we got Olympic Stain from him. Always see him at the Felmor Trade Show, we'd talk, laugh and tell new stories. Never a problem to big for Scott to take care of. We were running in different direction, so we didn't see each other very much. Last time, was while doing a Norton abrasive reset, we spent all day on that Friday to get it done. Scott always up for a challenge. Prayers for the family.

It was a shock to learn that Scott Campbell is gone. As many other have said, Scott was your friend first. His great business insight made him a contributor to our customers' and our business. Scott would always go the extra mile and was the guy you could call anytime and count on. Loren, Dale, Jess, Kent and the entire Tower Sealants Team will miss Scott. Scott represented Tower with passion and pride. The Paint Market will miss him, his customers will miss him and I know his family will miss him. We send thoughts and prayers to Scott's family in this tough time.

I first met Scott while working for Duron paints back in 1984. Along the way we had good times and spirited discussions at our annual trade shows at Hamilton Distributing ; he working with the Logue group. Friends and business associates are much like family. you don't always agree but you know at the end of the day you are still friends and still business associates. Two years ago, at our trade show i could sense Scottie was struggling both mentally and physically. I reached out to him by cell phone and left him a message to let him know I was there if he needed to talk. as with cell phones I didn't reach him, but he left me a very poignant and heartfelt message on my cell phone. I kept that message on my cell phone for months. i wish it would not have been inadvertently deleted. I reminded Scottie at our February trade show we still hadn't had that talk and told him we should have it. he agreed.Unfortunately, we never had the chance. We live life hoping to be a memory. Scottie will be a memory. I have a favorite passage from Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet "and when he shall die ;cut him into little stars; that he shall make the face of Heaven so fine; that all will be in love with night; and pay no worship to the garish sun". i hope the family will find some solace in these words. And the next clear night go outside and look for your star-he'll be there looking down and watching over you. God speed Scottie! Peace and Love to the family..

SO sorry to hear about Scotts passing he was a true gentleman and a man of his word. If Scott said he would be there ,or would do that ,then you could take it to the bank! Back when Duron was small Scott was our partner and every vendor he represented got the best he had to offer and everyone at Duron respected Scott and grew to see him as part of our team and professional family. We always told any vendor if you want to be successful at Duron get Scotts group to represent you and you will be,. He was one of the hardest working and faithful people I knew. He will be missed by many. Thanks Scott..you made us all look good!

Scott Campbell, one of the true Gentlemen in our industry. I heard of your passing last week and have been saddened ever since. You're one of the Good Guys-the type of man who did what you said you would do...every time. Always a heartfelt smile and words of promise and encouragement. We met in 1987 and my professional life was enriched in so many ways by your mentoring and your commitment to your craft. You are one of the key people who've been a profound influence in the Sales person I've become and I will be eternally grateful to you. Godspeed Scott and Thank You for the time you shared with me.

Scott was a great brother-in-law and was always very friendly and gracious. He was a fun guy and I enjoyed ski trips and other family trips with him and my sister Kathy and wife Sue. In 2006 when Kathy and Scott and my wife Sue and I both celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversaries we really enjoyed spending a 7 day Hawaiian Islands cruise with them along with my sister Elaine and Brother-in-law Carl who were celebrating their 25th Anniversary. Whether at family gatherings, playing cards, watching football games, etc. I have many fond memories of good times with Scott. Miss you brother, rest in eternal peace, you earned it. And deepest condolences to my sister Kathy, my nephews and their families and his sister Terry.

I have known Scott since the mid-1980's when he and Bill Logue were together. Scott was always friendly, rational and had a great sense for the field of paint store personnel and paint contractors. Don't know anyone that ever said a bad thing about Scott Campbell. I am one of the many that will miss him but know the Lord has a special place for him. God bless the Campbell family and I will keep you all in my prayers.

I feel like I've lost another father. First my dad, then my grandfather, now you. In the brief 13 years I was blessed to be your daughter in law I learned so much from you. That even when times get difficult between family members, we are still family. You were always so quick to forgive me whenever I hurt you. You always welcomed me back with open arms, like our Heavenly Father does. I wish I had hugged you more. Told you I loved you more often. I can never repay you for your gift of your son, my husband, to me. I see you in him every day. Your fierce, but friendly work ethic, your forgiving heart, your love for your wife - I see all of them in Rick, therefore you will always be in your grandchildren's lives, and mine, through your son. As undeserving as I was, and still am, God blessed me with incredible children, my husband, and a genuinely loving extended family because of you. You will never be far from us. Love you dad.

Words cannot describe the feeling at this time of losing such a great friend. Scott and I have been friends for over 35 years. We have shared many good times and bad times together. We watched our families grow up and always knew we were there for each other. Scott loved his family, Church, and friends. He never met a stranger and always made time for everyone. I know Scott is with our father and is smiling down on us all. Rest In Peace my friend, we said it many times to each other and I will say it again I love you my brother and will miss our weekly calls. I have you and your family in my prayers. Please accept my condolences and let me know if I can do anything for the entire Campbell family. Till we meet again.
