Scott Foulds Obituary
Scott was born on June 21, 1968, in Norwich, NY the son of Harry and Shirley Foulds. His childhood was spent in Norwich NY, and he attended Sherburne Earlville Central School.
He is survived by his siblings, William & Mary Miller, Valerie Morris, Zachary & Paula Foulds and Brian & Maria Miller as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In addition to is parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Anne Miller.
No services are planned at this time.
Memorial donations may be made in Scott's memory to the Chenango SPCA, 6160 County Rd 32, Norwich, NY, 13815.
