Scott Curtis Zwilling, of Steelville, MO, was born on Saturday, February 20, 1971 in St. Louis, MO to Curtis Gene Zwilling and Deborah Dale Zwilling, nee Green. He passed away at his home on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the age of 53 years and 6 days.
Scott graduated from Bourbon High School in the Class of 1989 and had made a profession of faith early in life. He had worked at Von Weise Gear Co. in St. Clair, MO and later as a bricklayer in Steelville, MO. He married the love of his life, Angelia Marie Anglin, on December 19, 1995 in Steelville, MO. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting until his health began to fail. He loved his fish aquariums and his dogs. Most of all, Scott loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents-in-law Carl and JoAnn Anglin.
Scott is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Angelia Zwilling of Steelville, MO; mother Deborah (Dale) Hall of Union, MO; father Curtis Zwilling of Pennsylvania; children Skylar Griffen and Harley Zwilling both of Union, MO; step-daughters Christina (Jeff) Bahr of High Ridge, MO, Sandra Grant of Union, MO and Jamie (Stan) Schussler of Wentzville, MO; brother-in-law Carl (Shelly) Anglin, Jr. of Oakville, MO; special granddaughter Devon; special great grandson Eli; 2 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; cousins and many friends.
Following Scott's wishes, the family chose cremation as his final disposition. There will not be a service held at this time. Memorials may be given to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
