Sean Michael Timmerding passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the age of 47 years old after a very long battle with brain cancer. Everyone who knew Sean knew that he was kind, charismatic, genuine and self-less. He did not know a stranger and was willing to do anything to help anyone. He loved his family and friends very much. Sean was preceded in death by his father, the late Bill Timmerding. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Timmerding (Ruwe); children, Lydia, Will, Maria and Mallory Timmerding; mother, Cookie Timmerding; siblings, Jenny (Bill) Sketch, Michele (Steve) Sanning, Amy (Jim) Branham and Jeremy (Mindy) Timmerding. Sean is a 1995 graduate of Holy Cross High School where he learned to cherish his faith, family and friends. He loved his job and longed for more time as a Union Electrician. He worked for Glenwood Electric for 16 years. He was an active member of St. Pius X, became very grounded in his faith through CRHP and Cursillo, and enjoyed the good work he did as a member of the Knights of Columbus. Sean found the deepest happiness in spreading his love, joy, and playful spirit to everyone around him. He invested his passion and dedication into his work, family, and friends, and he always treated himself by relaxing with a cold drink, tending to the yard, enjoying poolside moments, or simply savoring time with loved ones. To all of Sean's friends, let’s honor him with smiles, cherish his vibrant spirit, and toast to the remarkable person who will be dearly missed by so many.
