Shannon L. Perham (Lewis), born on September 8, 1970, died on December 9, 2024 at the age of 54 after 2 years of battling aggressive cancer at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Cleveland, OH.
After graduating from Fort Mojave, AZ in 1989, she served in the US Air Force until 1997. Besides her love for her husband and children, her hobbies included a love of horses, dogs, sunsets and photography.
Shannon is survived by her mother, Barbara J. Novakowski (Lewis); her children, Timothy and Rian Perham; brothers, Brian Novakowski and wife Meghan and John Lanagan; godmother, Mildred Kuhn (Lewis); along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She’s preceded in death by her husband Tad Perham; son, Kevin Perham and daughter, Megan Perham; Steve Novakowski, Stevie Novakowski; godfather, James A. Kuhn; and grandparents: John and Fanny Lewis, Alice and Joe Novakowski and Sandra and William Perham.
A Memorial Service will be held for family and friends on July 13, 2025 at the Elks Lodge #67, 2409 Peninsula Dr., Erie, PA 16506 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
