Sharol Lynn McKibbage, 78, of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 21, 2025. She was born on July 13, 1947, in Little Fork, Minnesota.

Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sharol attended school there and developed the strong work ethic that guided her throughout life. In 1967, she graduated from Spencerian College with a degree in Secretarial Science, majoring in Stenography, and began a lifelong career in office and legal support. She worked for many years as a legal secretary, including positions at Michael Best & Friedrich Law Office and later for her brother at the McKibbage Law Office in Fond du Lac, where she was known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to her work.

After moving to Fond du Lac, Sharol built a quiet and steady life, valuing independence and routine, and she remained there for the past 30 years. Since 1995, she was a member of The Sanctuary in Fond du Lac, enjoying Bible study, church services, and ladies' events, and felt her special ministry was praying for the needs of others. She also deeply appreciated the love, care, and support she received from the staff at Maple Meadows Assisted Living.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elvida McKibbage; her brother, William McKibbage; and her sister-in-law, Sandy McKibbage.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at The Sanctuary, 154 West McWilliams Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Sanctuary Compassion Fund.
