Sharon Ann Eubank

Sharon Ann Eubank, age 78, passed away on Thursday, September, 29, 2022.
Sharon was born in Detroit, Michigan and lived in Akron, Ohio for over 50 years. She graduated from Edwin Denby High School and was employed at Johnston Industries and then at St. Matthews Grade School for 15 years. She was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church and St. Matthews Catholic Church. Her interests were reading, cooking, and music. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, book club friends, going to concerts and theaters as well as dining out.
Preceded in death by her husband of 47 years of marriage, Robert J. Eubank Sr. who passed on April 22, 2010; father, Donald Ferguson; mother, Marie Ferguson; and aunt, Anne Ferguson.
She is survived by her son, Robert J. Eubank Jr.; daughters, Theresa (Dan) Chinrock, and Becky (Troy) Boose; grandchildren, Cody (Britany) Chinrock, Adam (Alexis) Chinrock, Marie (Brandon) Acks, Joshua Eubank, and Sarah Eubank; brother, Donald Ferguson Jr.; and sisters, Diane (Ken) Setera and Nancy Ferguson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 7th, 1 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 174 W. Market Street, Akron, Ohio 44303, with Father Norman Douglas presiding. A procession from the church to Holy Cross Cemetery for an interment service will follow. In lieu of calling hours, family and friends are invited to a memorial reception between the hours of 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7 at Newport Landing Apartment's hospitality suite (located right next to the main office) at 234 Mallard Point Drive, Coventry Township, 44319. Memorials are suggested to Disabled American Veterans, 1240 E. 9th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44199 and One of a Kind Pets 1929 W. Market St., Akron, Ohio 44313.
