Sharon A. Remp

Sharon A. "Sheri" Remp, of Sharon, PA, formerly of Detroit, MI, passed away at home on March 1st, 2024 surrounded by her family.
Born May 1st, 1951 to Harry and Virginia Remp, she went to and graduated from Sharon High School, class of 1969.
In her younger days, Sheri worked at Ames as a cashier and as a Bar Maid at Bialkos Bar/Restaurant. She went on to work at Walmart as a Stocker and Cashier until her retirement.
Sheri spent much of her time growing very beautiful house plants. She enjoyed spending time with her cat, Mr. Kitty, reading, doing crossword puzzles and traveling. Sheri enjoyed the frequent lunch dates with her cousin Barb. Sheri was a fanatic of all reality TV shows but focused heavily on Survivor from it's inception. Sheri enjoyed many years of friendship with her friend Sondra Regula and her lifetime friend of 40 plus years, that she referred to everyone as her sister, Sherry Winger aka the real Sherry.
Sheri was a former member of St. Adalbert Church.
Sharon is survived by her nephew Jerry Rempuszewski and his wife Patty and numerous nieces and many cousins from both the Remp and Golonka families.
Sheri was preceded in death by her mother Virginia (Golonka) Remp who passed in May 14th, 1999, Father Harry Remp who passed in February 22, 2004, and her Brother, Jerry Remp who passed April 13th, 2005.
Services will be held at a later date for family only, conducted by Sheri's Cousin Sister Maryann Golonka, HM.
Sheri will be with her Mother and Brother at Madonna Cemetery.
