Sheila A. Klepitch, 84, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024 at Concord Ridge Health Center in Mentor, Ohio. Sheila was born on October 2, 1940 in Cleveland Ohio to Patrick and Evelyn (nee Geoffray) Quinn.
Sheila was the beloved mother of Kelly Quinn Sands (Richard Hearn) and Patrick Sands of Mentor, Ohio, John (Adda) Gape of Rootstown, Ohio, and grandmother of David (Jenny) Novak of Silverdale, Washington, Jared Novak of Madison Ohio, Matthew Novak of Euclid Ohio, Chelsea (Nathan) Barry of Concord, Ohio, Joseph (Olivia) Gape and John (Carol) Gape, of Mogadore, Ohio and Elizabeth Gape (Josh Hardman) of Brimfield, Ohio. She was also the great-grandmother of Olivia, Vada, Rowan, Conor, Michael, and Brielle.
Sheila was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymond W. Klepitch, her parents Patrick and Evelyn Quinn, and her dear brother Terrence Quinn.
Sheila grew up on the west side of Cleveland Ohio, attending St. Malachi's and SS. Philip & James, and graduating from Lourdes Academy in 1958. She worked as a secretary and computer operator for numerous law firms and manufacturing firms until her retirement. Sheila had a lovely smile, beautiful blue eyes, and an Irish wit. She was a lover and admirer of all genres of music, a writer, and a poet. She passed on her love for music to her children and grandchildren.
Private services for Sheila's family will be held at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home in Willoughby Ohio, followed by a private burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, Ohio.
