Mrs. Sheri Fleet Minter

Sheri (Fleet) Minter, of Henderson, Texas passed away on July 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 15, 1951 to Bobby Joe Fleet and Doris (Irwin) Flanagan. Sheri married Melvin Lee Minter June 12, 1980, and had many adventures in their 45 years together. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. For over 44 years Sheri has been employed at Eastex Telephone, starting as the Switchboard Operator and ending her career as the New Service Representative at her time of passing. She was loved by many, not only by her family, but by the numerous friends she so easily made. She is survived by her husband, Melvin Minter, and four children: Paula Minter Sparks and husband Robert, Pamela Minter Del Vecchio, Ricky Minter and wife Jacqueta, and Michael Westring and wife Brandi. Also, by her little sister Debra Fleet. Her grandchildren, Jessica Gowen, Jeffery Fredenburg, Miranda Aguirre, Dalton Minter, Joseph Del Vecchio, Domenick Del Vecchio, Petty Officer 3 Kavan Westring, Maegan Stone, and 10 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Minter will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 31, 2025, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Jason Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Crims Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, July 30, at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Jeffery Fredenburg, Dalton Minter, Joseph Del Vecchio, Domenick Del Vecchio, Steven Gowen, and Jack Gowen.
