Shirley G. Barry, 80, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away October 4, 2025. She was born July 20, 1945 to the late Leroy and Marie (Kirkpatrick) Barry.
Shirley's greatest joy was her family dearly. She loved spending time with her family and attending all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's sporting events. She was an avid Michigan and Detroit Tiger's fan. Shirley enjoyed reading and doing word search puzzles.
Shirley is survived by her children Kelli Finney of Battle Ground, Indiana and Sean (Deb) Finney of Marysville, Ohio, grandchildren Ryan Spangenberg, Easton Spangenberg, Alyvia Serrato, Kennadie Serrato, Reilly Finney and Erin Finney, 9 great-grandchildren and sisters Connie Gudenrath, Linda Weigle and Pat Kitchen.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Bonnie Wardell, Nancy Becker and Leo "Buddy" Kane.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 W. Wooster St.
Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
