Shirley A. Wilkinson

Shirley A. Wilkinson, 90, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Wesbury United Methodist Community.
She was born June 6, 1932 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Harvey and Edna Anna Reichle Miller. She married John E. (Jack) Wilkinson, Jr. September 16, 1950 and he preceded her in death November 29, 2020.
Shirley was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crafting, gardening, canning, and baking and was known for being a prankster.
An active member of Watson Run Presbyterian Church for many years she also taught Sunday School and was in the choir.
She was a Crawford County poll worker in Vernon Township for many years and was a member of the Watson Run Women's Club.
Survivors include four children, Karen Crowther (Robert) of Guys Mills, John E. (Jack) Wilkinson, III (Nancy) of Meadville, David Bret Wilkinson (Eileen) of Meadville, and Bart L. Wilkinson (Jessica) of Meadville; ten grandchildren, Steven and Michael Crowther, Jennifer Deutsch, and Ryan, Nathan, Garrett, Christopher, Justin, Matthew, and Joshua Wilkinson; twenty one great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Ann Wilkinson; a great-granddaughter, Remee; a brother, Buddy Miller; and a sister, Evelyn Martin.
A memorial service for both Shirley and Jack will be held at the Watson Run Presbyterian Church at a date and time to be announced.
