Born in Trahila, Greece, he came to the United States in 1961. He lived in West Orange for 26 years before settling in Roseland in 2011. Prior to his retirement in 2015, he owned and operated, along with his wife, the Eagle Rock Diner in West Orange, NJ for 35 years.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Patricia Meleas.
He is survived by his devoted children, George Meleas, Theodore Meleas, his wife Elizabeth, cherished grandson, Spiros; Elene Natale and her husband Anthony.
