Beloved wife of Jan Koscielak. Loving mother of Rozalia (Jozef) Dziadkowiec. Dear grandmother of Jolanta (Saygi) Makino, Adam Dziadkowiec and Katarzyna (Ted) Arnold. Dearest great-grandmother of Adelina Arnold, Theo Arnold and Raphael Makino. Cherished daughter of the late Stefania and the late Bronislaw Tylka. Fond sister of the late Mieczyslaw Tylka, the late Tadeusz Tylka, the late Jan Tylka and Genowefa Czarniak. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation, Thursday, October 16, 2025, 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
Funeral, Friday, October 17, 2025, 10:30AM Prayers and Procession to begin at the funeral home to Our Lady Mother of the Church Polish Mission, 116 Hilton Street, Willow Springs, Illinois for 11:30AM Mass.
Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois
