Stella Rupnik Obituary

Stella was born on September 13, 1929 in McDonald, a daughter of the late Wassel and Mary Casper Mikco.
Mrs. Rupnik was a very talented homemaker. Home was where her heart was. She enjoyed tending to her home and working outside on the farm. Stella loved being in her kitchen baking and cooking for her family and friends. She also was an excellent seamstress and had a passion for knitting. She knitted many sweaters and afghans over the years.
Surviving is her daughter, Patty (the late Tom) Rudy.
Along with her parents, Stella is preceded in death by her loving husband, John J. Rupnik and siblings, Ann Karkosh, Geneveve Bokulich, John Mikco and Stanley Mikco.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 106 St. John St., Midway (724-796-3301). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish – St. Ann's Church, Bulger. ALL ARE ASKED TO MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will follow at Center Cemetery.
