Stephen M. Dono, 39, of Hamilton, NJ, entered into his eternal rest with the Lord on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Born in Princeton, NJ, Stephen was a lifelong Hamilton resident. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School Class of 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Rider University in 2008.

Stephen was employed as a Financial Associate with Markham Roberts Inc., an interior design firm based out of New York City. Stephen loved soccer, both playing it and watching his favorite team, Arsenal FC aka The Gunners. He was part of the Notre Dame High School-Varsity Soccer team, FC Mercer, South Brunswick soccer league, Mercer County soccer league, Ewing 7v7, Icarus cup tournament 2022, Blend Bar FC and GAK Soccer Club. He was always actively looking to play soccer with anyone or any team, including just kicking a soccer ball around in his backyard or at the park. It was important for him to stay active in the soccer community. He not only loved soccer but also enjoyed golf outings. He loved camping with his wife and friends, attending concerts, and trips to the Jersey Shore. He loved nothing more than quality time spent with his family, his cousins, and especially his wife and 2 year old son, Mikel. He was a loving and devoted son, husband, father, cousin, and friend to many. He loved animals and was so compassionate about them that he would give them a voice.

Stephen's smile always brightened up the room. His calm, cool, and collective personality kept everyone at ease, especially during chaotic times. His eyes sparkled like the sunlight touching the ocean. He had the kindest and warmest gentle soul and he touched many lives.

Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Jennyfer Dono; his son, Mikel William Dono; his parents, Robert and Deborah (Tobias) Dono; his mother-in-law, Odette Antunez; his aunts and uncles, William (Kathie) Tobias, Bruce Morley, Dorothy Dono, and Berta Antunez; his cousins, Allyson Morley, Michael Morley, Chelsea (John) Connolly, Christine Tobias, Jacqueline Tobias, Matthew (Jennifer) Dono, Marc Dono, Michael (Heather) Dono, and Johanna Cedillo; as well as many many friends and a family of close, loving friends.

Stephen is predeceased by his aunt, Kathryn Morley; his uncle, Michael Dono; his grandparents Vincent and Elizabeth Dono, and William and Gloria Tobias; his cousin Mauricio Cedillo Jr.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619. Catholic prayer services will be held at 5:30 PM at the funeral home.
