Born in East Stroudsburg, he was a son of Alan and Sherry (Buzzard) Laclair of Stroudsburg. He grew up in Columbia, NJ and then lived in Canadensis until recently moving to Palmerton.
Stephen attended Knowlton Elementary School in Delaware, NJ and graduate from North Warren Regional High School in Blairstown, NJ.
In earlier years he worked at Phillips and R.J. Skinner Warehouses and currently was employed at the QVC Warehouse in Bethlehem.
In addition to his parents, surviving are a brother, David Laclair and wife Jessica of Liberty Lake, WA; and two nephews, Matthew and Liam Laclair.
Stephen's life will be celebrated at a service on Saturday, September 14th beginning at 11:00AM at Calvary Bible Church, 9 Three Point Garden Road, East Stroudsburg with Pastor J. Christopher Smith officiating.

Stephen,You will be greatly missed. We all will miss all the wonderful stories about your family and friends..And well all the talks we all had. If any of us had a bad day you make us laugh you were an amazing person.Im glad that I met you and we became friends. It's weird not see you coming in the store in the morning. Just know you'll always be with us my friend
