Stephen Sluck Obituary
He was born on October 13, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Stella Sluck.
On June 13, 1986, Stephen married the love of his life, Barbara Franz, in Detroit, Michigan. Together, they built a life centered on love, family, and shared memories.
Stephen was a man of many passions, but he was never happier than when he was fishing-especially when joined by his children and grandchildren. His love of the outdoors and his joy in sharing those moments created lasting memories for all who knew him. Stephen will be remembered most for his infectious sense of humor and his gift for making others laugh.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Barbara; four children, Stephen (Melissa), John (Ashley Dano), Ryan (Denise), and Adrienne; grandchildren, Stephen, Jacob, Stella, Destiny, Melinda, Kazimier, and Ryan; and brothers, Bill, Patrick (Carol), and Michael.
The family honors the memory of Stephen and invites you to visit and share memories Monday, August 11, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a 2:00 pm funeral service at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond. Deacon Alan Gwozdz, of St. Augustine Catholic Church, will officiate.
