Stephen Tatterson Obituary
Pomeroy - Stephen Tatterson, 73, of Pomeroy, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025 at Abbyshire Place in Gallipolis.
Born December 9, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Arthur Leon and Joanne Raub Tatterson. Steve was a 1972 graduate of Meigs High School and in his early days liked to frequent the Corner Bar. He retired from the Village of Pomeroy Street Department where he enjoyed his spending his days with his buddy Charlie. The two of them could be seen all over trying town performing many different duties. They may not have known what they were doing but they’d neveadmit it! He was a very caring man who loved his family and enjoyed all of his sibling rivalries. He loved an ice cold Pabst Blue Ribbon and grilling out.
He is survived by one son, David Tatterson; one daughter, Jennifer Tatterson; four grandchildren, Brylee, Elijah, Hayden and Kayan; one brother, Ronald Tatterson; one sister, Barbara Tatterson and his favorite niece, Lisa McDaniel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Ewing Funeral Home Celebration Center and Bar located at 110 Mulberry Ave in Pomeroy
