Stephen Timpone Obituary
Stephen Thomas Timpone, a resident of the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare Facility - Montrose Campus, died on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at the New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Corttlandt Manor, NY; at the age of 71 years old. He was born on February 2, 1953 in Long Island, New York, son of the late Isabela Timpone.
Stephen proudly served in the United States Air Force, he enlisted on May 6, 1974 at Fort Hamilton, NY; he served as a mechanical electrical helper, attained the rank of an Airman 2nd Class. He then received an honorable discharge of service on February 17, 1975 at Northport, Long Island, New York.
Unfortunately, Stephen leaves no surviving family to mourn his passing. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Joseph J. Schuka and Staff at LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon, New York 12508.
An Honorable Transfer for Burial will be lead by the Patriotic Guard Riders on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from the Libby Funeral Home, Beacon, New York; arriving at the Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton LI, NY 11933; where Military Honors will be rendered by the United States Air Force Honor Guard at 12:00 NOON.
