Steven "Quincy" Price, 74, of West Haven, passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 24, 2025. Born on March 9, 1951 in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Ellery and Madeline Price. Steven grew up in Queens, New York before moving to Milford and attending Jonathan Law High School. Throughout high school, he was known as the life of the party. Rooms would alight as soon as he entered, a trait that remained forever. After graduating in 1971, Steven went onto dedicating 30 years as a CNC operator at Sargent Manufacturing Company in New Haven. It took some time to adjust to the retirement life, but as soon as he did, he embraced a slower pace of life with grace and gratitude. In retirement, he became a laid-back soul who found joy in simple pleasures: long afternoons at the beach, cheering on the Yankees and Buccaneers, and filling his home with the sounds of The Beatles and The Allman Brothers. A true night owl, he still found joy in those friendships created in high school. Steven is survived by his children, Jason (Lauren), Nicole (partner, Aron), and Scott; his granddaughter, Peyton; his sisters, Victoria, Laurie, and Madeline; his niece, Gloria (Ken); as well as many other nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Along with his parents, Steven is predeceased by his brothers, George and Anthony. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford.
