Steven Michael Sloan, of Bensalem, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. He was 59 years old. Steven was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 22, 1964, a son of the late Kathleen Frances (nee Devenny) and Lorenzo Albert Sloan.
He was the beloved husband of Margaret (nee Rasiul) Sloan.
Steve had many skills. Most of his life he hung drywall for a living and ran CNC machines. He shared all of his knowledge and experience with his boys, as he later joined them on their own home renovation projects. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it be to his family or close friends. He loved playing with his granddaughters and spending Friday nights by the fire with his wife and in-laws. He loved to tell stories and reminisce on all of his wild adventures from his past.
Steve's laugh was infectious, and his smile lit up the room! He always stood out wherever he would go.
He will forever be remembered as a silly, strong, stubborn and kindhearted man.
Steven is survived by his wife Margaret Sloan; sons, Michael C. Campbell and Christopher W. Campbell (Danielle Campbell); daughter, Jamie L. Sloan (Joshua Konzelman); grandchildren, Lena, Ayva, Brooklyn, and Chloe. He is also survived by his brother, Lawrence A. Sloan (Cheryl) and sister, Kathleen E. O'Neil nee Sloan (Frank).
Steven is predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Lorenzo.
Family and friends are invited to Steven's viewing on Friday, February 2nd, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM held at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Ave., Bensalem, PA.
