He was born in Cleveland, OH on July 27, 1965 to Kenneth and Patricia (Kozlowski) Tuomala.
Survivors include his parents; Kenneth and Patricia; a sister, Cheryl (Walter) Bahr; and nieces, Sophia and Lilly Bahr.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Brian Tuomala; and his grandparents.
Steve, also known as Stu by many of his friends and co-workers, always had a passion for speed cars. From a young age, he would be on the drag strip with his souped up muscle car. You could be sure when there was a NASCAR race, Steve was sure to watch.
