Steven was the son of Marvin Turley of Bluefield, VA, and the late Sylvia Turley of Tazewell, VA.
He is survived by two sisters, Teresa Peery and husband Clay of Andersonville, TN and Regina Mulkey and husband Michael of Tazewell, VA.
Three Nieces, one nephew, and two great-nieces also survive.
Keeping with his wishes, there are no services planned at this time.
