As I sit here thinking about the all times we stayed with Johnny and Sue on our yearly visits, every November from 2000-2013 my mind is filled with gratitude, looking back on all the memories, the hospitality they showed, the 5 star meals she always served,we felt like royalty,my Dad (Buster) always looked forward to every year going there to see his (Kansas) family, words can´t explain how much he loved seeing everyone up there !!! , my Brother (Mike) and me (Jerry) will always be enormously grateful for the times shared there,as I look back on all of those trips to see them and the way they treated us ,will forever be etched in my mind as some of the Best Times Ever !!

Dear Johnny,
My condolences on the loss of your lovely wife, Sue. I met Sue at Water Walking class and was immediately drawn to her gracious and positive outlook, in spite of the many health issues she faced. She was always so grateful for everything she had in life, from the very simple things, such as the dawning of a new day and the opportunity to swim and be part of the Water Walking group, to the most important things, such as her Faith and her loving and dedicated husband.
She talked of you much, always recounting what a wonderful life she'd had with you. In time, I saw you both as an inspiration: Her positivity and gratitude while having to be cared for so completely, and the dedication and care you gave her in turn.
Please know that my prayers are with you and your family now, as well as with Sue in her final journey.
Sincerely,
Amy Horvat

I met Sue at water aerobics. Her continued effort to stay mobile was commendable. We will miss her beautiful smile and friendly personality. Rest in peace. Janette

Sue was my 5th grade teacher at Stony Point North. She came to several of our Class of 1981 group events. She was a lovely lady and will be missed.
