Suzanne "Sue" E. Morgan, age 66, of Meshoppen, PA, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laporte, PA.

Sue was born in Towanda, PA, on June 9, 1959, to the late Paul Thomas Smith (d. December 28, 2018) and Barbara Noreen Hicks Smith (d. August 4, 2017). She graduated from the Wyalusing Valley High School Class of 1977.

During her life, she worked at Cargill and numerous local area restaurants as a waitress. She married her husband, John "Jack" Morgan, on December 13, 1991.

Later in life, Sue and Jack would love to take trips down to Lancaster and would often visit with family and friends.

Throughout her life she was very avid sports fan watching the Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Lakers, along with following the racing careers of both Dale Earnhardt and then his son, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. When she was not watching sports or visiting with family and friends, you could find Sue making crafts and working in her flower beds at home.

Sue is survived by her husband, Jack Morgan of Meshoppen. Her sons Aaron (Lindsay) Eastabrook of Warren Center, PA, and Cody (Nicolette) Morgan of Meshoppen, PA. Grandchildren Dylan, Blake, and Chasity Eastabrook of Warren Center, PA, and Talyn and Brinley Morgan of Meshoppen, PA, and special friends Allison Brooks and Sandy Sharer

Sue's family would like to thank the staff of the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care of Sue.

Sue's funeral services will be held at the Sheldon Funeral Homes in Laceyville, PA 18623 on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 11 AM, officiated by Reverend Helen Learn of the Spring Hill United Methodist Church. Interment will immediately follow the service and take place at the Lacey Street Cemetery. Family and Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 AM until the time of the service.
