Suzanne (Suzie) Wester, 59, of Terre Haute, IN passed away Sunday, November 24th, 2024. She was born October 14th, 1965, to Marianne and David Gagnon. She graduated from West Vigo High School in 1983. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the Vikettes dance team. She also participated in the 4-wheel Drive Mud Runners Club in her youth. Later on she graduated from Indiana State University School of Nursing and joined the Air National Guard. Suzie was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Larry Joe Tucker. She is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Vernon Wester; her daughter Morgan (Seth) Lindley; her step-son Dakota Wester; her grandchildren Charlie, Evan, Lizzie, and Liam Lindley and Kaiser Wester; her brother Joe (Julie) Gagnon and half-brother Christopher Gagnon; nieces and nephews Tuck, Tessa, Myles Gagnon and Mackenzie Hughbanks. Suzie was a long time advocate for AA and was sober for over 20 years. She loved her husband, spending time with her grandkids, and her fur babies Moose and Bear. Contributions can be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society in her honor. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 7th at 2pm at the Hope Community Center (7140 S State Road 63, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
