She was born December 28, 1957 in Alton, IL, the daughter of Leona (Hydron) Noto Pryor, who survives, and the late Sam Noto.
In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by two sisters: Tracey Ackerman and Tina Noto; two brothers: Dennis Pryor and Kevin Pryor; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Sam Noto and Greg Noto; and a sister, Carmen Noto.
According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated. A private family gathering will be held in her memory at a later date.
