Tamara Renshaw Obituary
Tamara was an 80 year resident of Troy, having graduated from Troy High School in 1960. After high school, she attended Western Michigan University. She married her husband Robert in 1962 and then went to work for the City of Troy. She began in the accounting department, then moved to the library, became the Deputy City Clerk, and then the City Clerk. Her career spanned 28 years for the City.
Loving wife of Robert for 62 years. Dearest mother of Dale Renshaw (Pam), Bridget Mortimore (John), and Suzanne Moilanen (Bruce). Also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Predeceased by one brother and one sister.
Family will receive friends Friday, February 2, 2024 from 3-8PM at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Price Chapel), 3725 Rochester Road (between Big Beaver & Wattles), Troy, (248) 689-0700.
Funeral Service Saturday, February 3, 2024, 11AM at Big Beaver United Methodist Church, 3753 John R Road, Troy. Visitation at church begins at 10AM.
Interment at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
Memorial tributes to the Church or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
