Tami Skeldon Obituary
There will be a Celebration of Life held at the Star Lake American Legion on Sunday, July 14, 2024, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are with French Family Funeral Home in Star Lake. Condolences may be shared online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.
Tami was born on October 21, 1971 in Gouverneur to the late Gary and Elizabeth (Watson) Skeldon. She attended Edwards Central School and had worked for OWD, Nice and Easy, the IGA, and the Great American in Star Lake before starting work with UB's Mercantile is Oswegatchie several years ago.
Tami was a hard-working, feisty spitfire with a one-of-a kind laugh. She enjoyed bowling and baking, was a member of the American Legion, and loved her family and her cats, Persia and Riley, and dog, Hooch.
She is survived by her life partner of 17 years, Erwin Planty, her mother, Elizabeth Antwine, brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Carrie Skeldon, three nieces, Morgan Austin, Mariah Skeldon-Irish, and Madalynne Skeldon, and great-nieces and nephews, Aria Austin, Jocelynne Hale, Tucker Austin, Charlotte Austin, and Oakllynn, Irish. Tami is predeceased by her father, Gary Skeldon.
Donations in memory of Tami may be made to the American Heart Association.

Will always remember how kind she was to my sister and I when we would go to eat at UB's. She says had a smile for us and asked us how we were doing. When ever I would get things from the deli she always knew how I wanted it. I will miss her.
