Daughter of the late Kenneth and Lillian Chesney, Sr.; beloved wife of the late Stanley Makowski; devoted friend to stepdaughter Shannon Makowski. Survived by sister Kim (Edward) Wesoloski and brother Kenneth (Michelle Laske) Chesney, Jr.; brother-in-law David Covault; sisters and brother in-law Patricia (Daniel) Hugelier; Joseph (Barbara) Makowski and Marlene Makowski. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her beloved sister Sherry Covault; Stan's parents Adolph and Gladys Makowski; brother-in-law Rodney Makowski, and her canine baby Gidget.
Tammy was born on September 2, 1961, in Ferndale, Michigan. She attended school in Oak Park, Michigan and graduated from Oak Park High School. She worked for many years in the Deli Department at various Hollywood Market locations. Tammy was admired for strong work ethic and her kindness to others. She had the most infectious laugh, and we will miss it.
Tammy enjoyed reading, going to the beach, spending time outdoors fishing or kayaking, crafting, and taking Gidget for walks.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
