Teresa Jaramillo was born on May 8, 1944, to Emilio Ortega and Berseba Ortiz in Anton Chico, NM. On February 6, 1961, Teresa married Jose Carlos Pascual Jaramillo in Anton Chico, NM. Teresa enjoyed reading, praying the Rosary, baking, traveling, talking on the phone with her friends, loved cooking, music, dancing, and spending time with family. Teresa was an extended family member to everyone she met and was known to have a green thumb.
Survivors include her husband; Pascual Jaramillo, children; Jimmy (Diane DiZenzo) Jaramillo, Ruben (Giovanna) Jaramillo, Casey Jaramillo, and Barney (Jessica) Jaramillo, daughter-in-law; Susan Evans, sisters; Mary (Pete) Finch, Molly Bell, and Helen Payne, grandchildren; Jason Jaramillo, Jennifer Chavez, Jacob Jaramillo, Emily Jaramillo, Iain Jaramillo, Abigal Jaramillo, Miguela Atkins, Adrian Jaramillo, and Kassidi Rubio, and 14 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Emilio and Berseba, and sons; Pascal Jaramillo Jr., Barney Jaramillo, and Joe Jaramillo.

Teresa and Pascal were wonderful welcoming neighbors when our daughter moved to Clovis. Teresa and she remained friends even when our daughter bought a house in a different part of town. I know how much Teresa will be missed as our daughter loved and cherished her as a dear friend. For that, we are most grateful.

A week ago I held you close as you gave your last breath and I said good bye my sister, my friend. I miss you more today than I ever have. The bond we had from childhood nothing on earth separated us from loving and trusting each other. You will forever be missed. a month ago March 19th we spoke and ended with a joke and saying I love. Today you are walking the streets of gold with a new body and a new mind and more beautiful than you were on under the sun. Will catch up with you in the bye and bye!! missing, missing you.
