Teresa Turner

Saltillo- Teresa Gail Turner, 64, died peacefully surround by her family Friday evening, February 24, 2023 at her home in Saltillo. She was born on January 10, 1959 in Tupelo, MS to the late Bennie and Inez Gann Turner. Teresa lived a very difficult life with many major health concerns from a very young age; however she never let her health stop her from enjoying life. She was a strong woman and a hard worker. She loved the Republican Party, Rod Stewart, and Mississippi State Bulldog football. She worked a factory job for LC Industries for many years despite the fact that she was blind from the age of 13. She is best described as a survivor. Her greatest love of all was spending time with her friends and family.
A service celebrating her life will be on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11 AM from the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors in Tupelo. Visitation will be on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 5-8 PM and Tuesday from 10AM until service time. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to be serving their friends.
Teresa is survived by her daughter Annika Arnold (Allen) of Pontotoc; her brothers Jerry Turner (Ellen) of Baldwyn, and Paul Turner (Mellonie) of Saltillo; and her Grand Dog Tank. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother David Turner.
