Terry Diller Obituary

Terry A. Diller, 63, Marion, unexpectedly passed away at 3:25 am on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Tuesday, June 12, 1962, to John Diller and Sharon (Mason) Barnes. On August 21, 1999, he married the love of his life, Baana Weaver. Terry graduated from Northside High School. He was a truck driver for WalMart by trade and a giver by nature. Friendly, compassionate, and always ready to help, he'd give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He loved fishing, hunting, and working on his many "projects," always keeping busy with what he enjoyed. A proud Trump supporter, he never shied away from sharing his views. He loved to talk, and even more, he loved checking in on the people he cared about. His legacy is one of kindness, connection, and unwavering loyalty. More than anything, Terry loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his father, John (Jan) Diller of Fort Wayne; wife, Baana Diller of Marion; son, Ty (Betsy) McInturff of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Eli, Mia, Eva; brother-in-law, Toby (Susy) Weaver of Converse; brother, Kelvin (Jewel) Diller of Fort Wayne; sister, Annette Gage of Warsaw; stepfather, Elvan Barnes of Fort Wayne; stepbrothers, Chris (Janett) Barnes of Wolf Lake, Jeff (Niki) Barnes of Glendale, AZ, Greg (Diane) Barnes of Fort Wayne, Tony (Melissa) Barnes of Noblesville, Nick Barnes of Fort Wayne; best friend, Tom Kaufman; and his fur babies, Cookie, Coco, and Bandit.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Barnes; daughter, Kelly McInturff; and in-laws, Marvin O. and Donna Weaver.
The family will receive visitors from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Terry's life will begin at 5:00 pm with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating.
