Theresa Marie Duplessis, 61 years old, and a resident of Baker, LA, was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 17, 2025. She entered this world on January 6, 1964, born to Shirley and Ivy Duplessis, in Baton Rouge, LA. Theresa was a faithful member of St. Isidore Catholic Church.
Theresa is survived by her loving companion, Vincent Mock; brothers, Danny Duplessis, Kenny Duplessis, and Brian Duplessis and wife Eugenie; nephews, Daniel Clyde Duplessis and wife Kristi, Michael Duplessis and wife Courtney, and David Duplessis; great-nieces, Lacey Duplessis, and McKenzie, McKayla and McKinley Duplessis; uncle, Donald "Donnie" Marchiafava and wife Chris; aunts, Esther Lee Simon and Lorraine Marchiafava.
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents, Ivy and Shirley Ann Marchiafava Duplessis; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 5657 Thomas Road, Baker, Louisiana, on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, from 8:30 AM until the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, officiated by Father Charbel Jamhoury. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
