It is with great sadness that we are announcing the passing of Thomas L. Fuller, 72, of Manchester, CT beloved brother on September 22, 2025.
Born June 5, 1953, he was the son of late Clayton and Mary (Rombola) Fuller. Graduate of Manchester High School.
From an early age he held a deep passion for animals and nature. His love for animals brought him to a 36-year career working as an Animal Control Officer in Hartford.
He is survived by his sister Nancy Fuller, brother Danny Fuller, many close extended family members and some very special friends. He was predeceased by his father and mother. Tommy had a nickname for everyone, and a fantastic sense of humor. His quick wit and sarcasm couldn’t help but make you smile; to know him was to love him.
