He was born on July 27, 1970, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Darlene Ann (Dietrich) Kline and Paul Kenneth (Dusty) Kline, Jr. of Winchester, VA.
Thomas was a 1988 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He wrestled in high school.
He was previously employed by Volvo in Hagerstown, MD.
Thomas played and shot a lot of Pool (APA) and going to drag races and watching racing.
Besides his father, he is survived by his daughter Hannah Kline; stepdaughter Miranda (Dunkerly) Simpson (Wesley); brothers Brian Kline (Gennie), Scotty Kline, and Jason Kline (Monica); grandchildren Ryleigh, Rogan, and Violet who called him "Happy"; nieces Chasey and Cheyenne.
A memorial service will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on May 27, 2025, at 7:30 pm. The family will receive friends from 6:00 730 pm on Tuesday.
