Tiffany Gennett Thomas (née Specht) passed away on July 10, 2025, at 40 years old; she was surrounded by the love of her children, siblings and mother after a short but tough battle with cancer. Tiffany was born on February 6, 1985, in Mt. Clemens, MI, to Dawn Zabik. Deeply bonded by unconditional love, she was the oldest of 7 siblings: Stefany Specht (Rebecca), Cassie Edwards (Allen), Michael Specht (Mae), Steven Specht (Ashley), and Kyle Specht (Hannah). She was predeceased by their dear brother Ryan Specht, as well as her cherished grandparents, John and Jeanie. Tiffany leaves behind the loves of her life- her daughters Marceline (17) and Annalise (13), as well as her mother Dawn Zabik. She also leaves behind two nieces, three nephews, and many beloved family members and friends.

Spending most of her life in the Macomb County area, Tiffany attended L'Anse Creuse High School and later became a certified Esthetician and Medical Assistant. Tiffany was one of those rare people who kept life spontaneous and lived in every moment. She was witty and sarcastic, yet full of love. She had a special way of turning the dullest or darkest of moments into something absolutely hilarious, especially with her quirky come-backs. She was always ready with the perfect punchline or even the most fitting quote from a movie.

Tiffany was a very spiritual person; there was not a day that went by that she did not have a crystal or healing stone somewhere on her person. She knew exactly what they all meant and how to use them. The other side of her spirituality shined through in her love for Halloween. Halloween was Tiffany's favorite time of year; the scares, magic, creativity, fun and fall colors (especially as a nature-lover in Michigan) were what she lived for. She had the power to make the most mundane moments feel magical. Her fun-loving and mischievous spirit is what defined her and will forever be her legacy.

Tiffany also had a deep love for art in many forms. Not only could she name any song at the first beat, but she also had a beautiful voice. Whether it was heard along with the radio in the car, on a karaoke microphone, or just for fun- many lives have been touched by just her voice alone. In addition to music, she also loved painting and writing, especially poetry. Tiffany made sure to always share these interests with her beautiful daughters and always kept a tight bond with her "Mush" and her "Anna Banana".

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor in October 2025, more details to be shared at a later date.
