On the Morning of Friday April 4, 2025, God saw fit to call home our beloved daughter, sister, niece, and friend, Tiffany.
Tiffany L. Travis was born on December 30, 1969, to William Travis and Charlotte Hamm Travis. She attended and graduated from Warwick High School. She worked at the Arc that later became Versatility in Hampton VA for over 30 years until she became ill.
Tiffany was a member of New Grafton Baptist Church under Pastor Stanley Sparrow until 1999. She was a faithful member of Perfecting Saints Ministries Int'l and Church in Hampton, VA under Apostle James W. Wright. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and going to Lancaster, PA with her mother and church family to see the Sight and Sound Play every year. Her favorite stop on the trip was "Goin Banana's" where the little girl in her would come alive with her best friend Darlene Anderson.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Travis Sr, Paternal Grandparents, Maternal Grandparents, One Aunt, Uncle Vincent Coles, and her favorite Uncle Boy and JB Russell.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories and legacy, Mother and Stepfather Charlotte and Theodore (Kel) Kelley. Brothers William Travis Jr (Frenchie), Wayne Russell (Dana),Maurice Russell and Quinton Washington (Janine). Nephews Jaylon Travis and Ahmir Augustus. Seven Aunts, Ann Martin, Freda Thomas (Steve), Tumey (Don), Katherine Coles, Norma Travis, Brenda Powers and Aunt Billie. One Uncle Richard Travis, Special Cousins, Cilla Williams. Second Momma Joann Cheeseboro and Special Friends Darlene Anderson, Ametha Alston, Helena, Simone Rouse and Jessica Wright. And a host of cousins, and friends.
Special thanks to oncology nurses: Tiffany Miller, Ashley, Melissa and Kelly and her Perfecting Saints Ministries Family.
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 2Cor 5:8
It is the desire of the Travis/Kelly families that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

In times like theses you know to grip the solid rock, Jesus. The love of our Father will always sustain you and give you comfort in your
hours of need. We, your old friends, will pray that joy in your heart returns in the memories of your daughter, Tiffany. What a great example of a loving mother you have been, Lulu. My deepest condolences. God bless you forever. Regina.
