Timothy J. Bowersox

Timothy J. Bowersox, 59, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025 at his residence.
Born on September 28, 1965 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, he is a son of the late Paul L. and Dorothy P. (Miller) Bowersox. On October 5, 1991, he married his surviving wife, Angel L. (Trego) Bowersox with whom he was blessed to share over 33 years of marriage before his passing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Sean Willow, Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Millerstown, Mercedes Trautman and her husband Bryant of Liverpool, and Malachi Bowersox and his companion Lytisha of Liverpool; five grandchildren, Holden Xavier Willow, Kylie Marie Willow, Ryker Lee Trautman, Rowan Elizabeth Trautman, and Malisha Pearl Bowersox; three brothers, Ronald Bowersox and his wife Beatrice, James Bowersox and his wife Robin, and Scott Bowersox and his wife Tammy, all of Liverpool; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Bentley Reid Willow; and one brother, Donald Bowersox.
He was a 1983 graduate of East Juniata High School in Cocolamus and a graduate of Shippensburg University.
Mr. Bowersox was the self employed owner/operator of TB's Discount Building Materials in Liverpool.
Tim was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity and loved spending time with his Theta Chi Brothers; was a former member of the Liverpool American Legion Post #364, Hunter Valley Sportsman's Association, and the Raymond Richar VFW Post #6611 in Galeton; loved all things wrestling and rooting on Penn State Wrestling, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Philadelphia Phillies; was a huge Pink Floyd and Metallica fan; enjoyed hunting, trips to Potter County, and attending music concerts; however, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, McAlisterville.
A viewing will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of the funeral services at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
