It is with great love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timothy Gross, 57, of Lake Helen, Florida, who left us surrounded by family and with peace in his heart.

Tim was a devoted husband, a proud father of four, a cherished grandfather to two grandsons, a loving son, and a supportive brother. His family was his greatest joy, and he was happiest spending time with them, especially his grandchildren, who brought endless light to his days. He found fulfillment in simple but meaningful things such as being on the water, caring for his animals, and sharing his time and talents with others. His presence was steady, his laughter unforgettable, and his love unwavering.

Tim served as the Harbor Master at Boat Tree Marina, where his love for water, boating, and community shone brightly. Known for his hard work and generous spirit, he was always ready to fix, build, or create something that would bring comfort or joy to those around him. Being on the water was his happy place. His family at Boat Tree meant the world to him.

He is survived by his wife Dana Gross of 30 years; daughters, Erica Booth (Rusty Booth and grandson Logan Booth), Brandy Chandler, Katelyn Brown (grandson Kevin Brown Jr), and Madison Gross; father, Jerry Gross; brother, Micheal Gross (Kim Gross and nieces Amanda McCulloch, Kristen Molfield), and nieces Juniper Zerkel, and Angela Bumbalough. Preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Gross; brother, Jerry Wayne Gross; sister, Donna Gross; and niece Staci Abernathy.

Tim's life reflected dedication, kindness, and the joy of being with family. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of his life will be held later so family and friends can gather to honor his memory and share stories of the incredible and highly respected man he was.
