Hoppe, Timothy Edward
Age 68, of Shoreview, MN, passed away on November 14, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tim was born on July 16, 1956 to Floyd and Elaine Hoppe in St. Paul, MN. After graduating from Washington High School in 1974. He went on to graduate in Culinary Arts at St. Paul's Vocational Technical College.
Tim loved to tinker and fix things and spent his happiest times enjoying his workshop in Scandia, MN in the home he shared with his former wife Debbie and son Henry. Kind, Generous, and multi-talented, he was the ultimate gentleman. Tim was always helping others, a lover of the local music scene, gardening, woodworking, and furniture making. He was our big, tall, beloved brother, and a blessing to his family and friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Elaine, and his brother Gregory Hoppe. He is survived by his brother Del Hoppe, sisters Susan (Frank) Kalgren, Diane Lundstrom, and Kathleen Watts.
A celebration of his life will be held at Scandia Shores (418 West Hwy 96, Shoreview, MN) on December 7, 2024 at 2:00pm.

I graduated with Tim. He was such a fun and funny friend in those days and it´s obvious his kind heart carried through his life. My sincere condolences to all who love him.
