Linwood, Michigan
Timothy Stalker, 69, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at his home with family by his side. He was born in Tawas, MI on August 20, 1955 to the late Thomas and Jane (Luedders) Stalker. He was a graduate of Pinconning Area High School, class of 1974. He attended Saginaw Valley State University and was proud to be a kicker for the football team and held the record for pole vaulting for many years. Tim married his high school sweetheart, Diana Pake on January 19, 1977 in Pinconning, where they raised their family.
Tim will be remembered for his love of family and friends, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, water skiing, boating and watching University of Michigan sports and the Detroit Lions. Tim served in the Michigan Army National Guard for 24 years. He spent the majority of his career working as the Director of Operations for the city of Pinconning.
Tim is survived by his best friend and wife Diana, daughters Kelly Beatty and Karrie (Jay) Janicke, sisters Tara (Larry) Rekowski, Tamara (Robert) Hoch and Tina (Mike) Stalker-Betts, grandchildren Addison and Alexander Beatty and Mia, Ayla and Jace Janicke and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Jane and his brother Thomas Jr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 11-3 at Rivertown Funeral Chapel, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm with Pastor Cheryl Mancier.
