Tina Mills Kenney

Tina Mills Kenney, 58, of Salisbury, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at her home.
Born January 14, 1966, in Salisbury, she was the daughter of Patricia (Williams) Mills of Salisbury and Oland Hall Mills (Mary Anne) of Delmar, DE. She and her husband, Brent Kenney, enjoyed 14 wonderful years together.
Tina graduated from Wicomico High School, Class of 1984 and received her Associates degree in nursing from Wor-Wic Community College. She worked as a registered nurse at TidalHealth for 34 years on 5 West as well as within Surgical Services.
Tina loved sunning at the beach or by the pool. She also enjoyed spending time with family and especially enjoyed time with her granddaughters.
Survivors in addition to her husband and parents include her son, Ryan Wooten and his wife, Kennedy, of Snow Hill; granddaughters, Mallory and Brenna; sisters, Terri Kleger and her husband, Sheldon, of Melbourne Beach, FL and Jennifer Horner and her husband, Ronnie, of Hebron; step-brothers, Wayne Smith of Salisbury and Brian Smith and his wife, Sarah, of Berlin; several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly; and her two dogs, Mocha and Cooper.
Tina's family would like to extend a special thanks to the TidalHealth Same Day Surgery Team, the 5 West crew, the Berger Team, Ocean City Fire Department "C" Shift, and numerous family and friends for their unwavering support of both Tina and her family through her illness. As a family, we would also like to express gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and Coastal Hospice for their compassionate care. Our family is forever grateful.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
