Tomás Guerra Escobedo, known to us as Tomás, was a man of incredible patience, a trait he carried into his work as a detailer at Ray Citté. Born in the vibrant city of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico on April 22, 1956, Tomás's life was an exemplification of the quote, "Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting." This virtue served him well in his work, where he paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that every vehicle he worked on was in pristine condition. His unique ability to see beauty in the little things, and his undying commitment to perfection, made every car he touched a work of art. Tomás moved to Ogden, Utah, where he found a home filled with warm hearts, open minds, and a community that welcomed him with open arms. His journey was not always easy, but he took each day as it came, finding joy in the simple things. He was an avid lover of nature and found solace in the towering mountains and the serene beauty of the great outdoors. As Pablo Neruda once said, "You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep spring from coming." Tomás's spirit was much like the spring, unyielding and filled with life, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. Tomás was preceded in death by his father Thomas Escobedo. And loving daughter angel Hope Escobedo He is survived by his loving kids Maria Escobedo prieto son-in-law (anthony prieto) son Tomas Escobedo Ricardo Escobedo daughter -in-law (Cassandra Escobedo) Israel Escobedo sylvia Escobedo Cynthia Escobedo who all was the apple of his eyes. His spirit will continue to live on through them, and the love they shared will forever be a testament to his life. We invite you to share your memories and photos of Tomás on his memorial page, celebrating his life and the ways in which he touched our hearts. His legacy will live on not only through his family but also through the stories we share and the memories we cherish.
