TyLar Sue Palmer (Londyn), a bright shining light and beautiful spirit, was born on January 28, 2004, in Layton, Utah. TyLar, with her infectious energy and radiant smile, left us on March 29, 2025. She had a unique ability to turn ordinary moments into unforgettable memories, also here positive outlook, and upbeat personality made her loved and cherished by all who knew her.
An intelligent, talented, beautiful, young woman, TyLar was a server by profession, but her true passion lay beyond the confines of her work. She loved cooking, she adored anything and everything that was pink and glittery, and was an avid makeup enthusiast. She enjoyed luxuriating in baths after a long day and had an insatiable curiosity that led her to travel and explore the world. With her natural flair for style and design, TyLar aspired to be a fashion entrepreneur. Her greatest accomplishment, however, was being a loving mother to her daughter, Ciara Isabell Wilkerson, who was the center of her universe, oh how she adored her "snuggles."
As Maya Angelou once said, "I work really hard to just focus on the joy of the work that I get to do and the impact that it has on the world". TyLar embodied this sentiment, finding joy and purpose in every aspect of her life. She was always spreading laughter and happiness everywhere she was.
TyLar is survived by a large and loving family who will deeply miss her vibrant presence. Her parents, Alan Palmer and Timberly Cackler; her siblings, Taison Palmer, Tucker Cackler, Kaleigha Palmer, Mack Palmer, Ayries Palmer, and Major Palmer; her daughter, Ciara Wilkerson; her grandparents, Susan Liptrap, Bettina Kamhoot, and Tim Barney; her step-parents, Dallas Cackler and Kelsey Palmer; her great-grandparents, Frank Gallegos, Kathy Gallegos, Phyllys Cooper, and Mark Cooper; and the people she loved being with, Mark Wilkerson (her boyfriend), Jazelle Maltby (best friend), and Trevon Barney (her uncle).
