Veronica Jean Gibson, 50, of Georgetown, Kentucky passed away on June 29, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky.
Born on March 5, 1975, in Lexington, Kentucky, Veronica was the daughter of Debaroh Mullins and the late Ronald Carroll. She was a graduate of Scott County High School. She was a very proud mother of her 3 boys.
Veronica is survived by her two sons, Brandon Gibson (Paris) and Bryson Gibson; mother Debaroh Mullins; grandmother Betty Carroll; sister Geneva Carroll; grandchildren Harper Jones and Bynlee Jump; nieces Mahailie Thurman and Jessica Carroll; great nieces and nephew Ayoni Williams and Ryan Williams; cousins Madison Kearns, Kent Hamm, Clinton Turner, Braylon Kearns, Caydon Kearns; special uncle Roy Fowler of Irvine, KY and a host of family and friends that will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father Ronald Carroll and son Jacob Gibson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 2, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home. A funeral service with Caleb Miller officiating will follow at the same location at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at Georgetown Cemetery immediately following the service with Brandon Gibson, Bryson Gibson, TJ Anderson, Kent Hamm, Sam Daniel and Ethan Dickey serving as pallbearers; and Anthony Thurman, Bronson Brown, Tasian Stakelin and Darrell Gibson as honorary pallbearers.
Friends and family are also encouraged to leave their condolences and memories on Veronica's tribute wall.
