Vicki Renault Obituary
Vicki Lee Renault, 69, passed on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was born on August 18, 1954, in Alton, IL, the daughter of Frank and Viola May (Murphy) Lewis. She married James R. Renault in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death on August 21, 2013.
Vicki worked as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Gateway Hospital for 30 years before retirement. She was a member of the Methodist Faith Church and VFW Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, reading, listening to music, arts and crafts, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her son, Anthony Cato of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; a sister, Fern Rives of Bunker Hill; and grandchildren, Nathan Pauley of Moro, Mason Pauley of Wilsonville, and Siera (Jaykob) Lewis of Alton.
Along with her parents and husband, James, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Arnott.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 11:30 am until time of service at 1 pm at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto. Inurnment will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials are suggested to 5 A's.
